How Can I Help?

Ending homelessness must be a community effort. We need to make sure everyone understands the extent and costs of homelessness. Only in that way, can we change the political will and find solutions. We need you to spread the word to your friends and neighbors, your local officials, your employers, and state and federal representatives. Then we can take action to address the changes that must be made. Get involved with the Mercer Alliance. Make a contribution. Volunteer your time and your energy. Together, we can and we will make a difference.

Project Homeless Connect - Thursday, July 9, 2009

On Thursday, July 9, 2009, the Trenton/Mercer Continuum of Care (CoC) will conduct a one-day event called Project Homeless Connect (PHC). Project Homeless Connect activities will run 11am to 3pm in a location to be determined shortly in Trenton, NJ. This will be our second summer event. We will provide a hot picnic lunch, access to services and helpful items. Homelessness exists every day in Mercer County. This event sponsored by community leaders and designed to provide housing referrals, support services, and hospitality in a convenient one-stop format for people experiencing homelessness.
