Our Plan

Our plan can be briefly stated in the form of five interrelated goals.

GOAL 1: SYSTEM CHANGE

Launch a coordinated system focused on ending homelessness.

GOAL 2: PREVENTION

Prevent homelessness whenever possible.

GOAL 3: HOMES

Make homes available as rapidly as possible for those with high and moderate service needs.

GOAL 4: SERVICES

Offer in-home case management to those with high and moderate service needs.

GOAL 5: SUSTAINABILITY

Create an income and employment plan to help those experiencing homelessness access and maintain housing.
