How Can I Help?

Ending homelessness must be a community effort. We need you to spread the word to your friends and neighbors, your local officials, your employers, and state and federal representatives that homelessness can be ended if we make it our priority. Together, we can and we will end homelessness.

Donate

Support the movement to end homelessness in Mercer County with a tax-deductible donation to the Mercer Alliance. It will cost much less to end homelessness than it will to continue paying for its consequences.

Donate Click on the secure link that will allow you to donate by credit card or by check to the Mercer Alliance to End Homelessness.

Become an active Volunteer

Volunteer for Project Homeless Connect, a twice yearly outreach event. We need individuals to greet, take information, serve meals, distribute supplies and help connect the homeless with services. Socks and personal hygiene products are needed as give-aways. Groups can work together off-site to collect items needed for the event.

Volunteer to be a Tax Preparer at a free site. Help working people get the tax credit they earned. With free training and volunteering a few hours a week from mid-January to mid-April, you can make a big difference for low-wage workers.
