Crisis Alert

There is a crisis in Mercer County. Housing prices are rising while the supply of affordable housing remains the same or decreases. Wages have stagnated with their value decreasing as inflation and the cost of living increases.

Thousands live doubled and tripled up while many more Mercer residents are a paycheck, or a family emergency away from homelessness. If nothing is done, the problem continues to escalate. Societal and human costs are staggering and morally unacceptable.
